An opportunity for a Chef or anyone with the appropriate experience to help run a busy kitchen has arose at the Regal, Redruth.
Your role would be to ensure that the kitchen operates smoothly and to manage the profitability by providing consistently excellent food and exceeding guest service expectations.
This is a permanent position, with year round work and an average of 15-25 hours per week, over three days. These will be double shifts covering lunch and evening with a break in the middle.
Key Attributes
- Have experience in kitchen background
- Show enthusiasm and focus for new situations
- Administrate and organise the function of the kitchen
- Plan sufficient stock ordering for the ongoing operation, and to ensure that this is uplifted to include any up-coming events
- Have a good rapport with work colleagues and senior management alike.
