- The Phoenix Cinema is 5 Screen Cinema including 3 Luxury Licensed Screens with waiter service offering snacks & drinks. Digital 3D is available in the main auditorium. The cinema also has a Cafe/Bar open to cinema and non-cinema customers Saturday/Sunday from 12.00hrs & Friday & Monday to Thursday from 17.00hrs (During School holidays daily from 11.00hrs).
- Auditoriums 1 & 4 are fitted with an Infra Red Audio Hearing and Audio Description Systems. The blue ear symbol against the film's performance time indicates that both these facilities are available at that performance.
- On arrival request the Infra Red headset at the Box Office: - Infra Red Audio System - Switch your Hearing Aid to position "T" - Infra Red Audio Description System - Switch to Channel B on the headset Please return your headset to the Box Office after use. These performances are as normal, & the optional facilities do not affect the film presentation to the general public.
- All auditoriums are wheelchair accessible: Screens 1,2 & 5 are situated on the ground floor, screens 3 & 4 & the Cafe/Bar are situated on the First Floor and accessed by lift.
